hi , gold . this is long term or maybe take life time to spend on English study. Be good at English mainly include three parts , communication (spoken out) , writing and listening. I suggest create an english environment for yourself , such as reading the English news paper (BBC news , VOA Voice of American), watching the English-Spoken TV program and remember the word every day .
How to prepare for English interview?
According to my past experience , some questions as below will be asked frequently
1. Introduce about yourself ( where u from , graduate , work experience, self-evaluation)
2. Maybe some simple introduction about your project's experience.
3. Why u wanna jump? why u apply for this job and what u expect ( you can talk about salary and what u wanna learn from this job )
The last but the most important , be confidence ( even though i have experience many interviews, i also feel a little nervous and afraid ) . Seldom will a Chinese interview u using English all the time , most of the time they will ask u technical skill in 中文.
