多层方法中设定了百分比对月折旧额有何影响？如下图:在多层方法中分配了百分比为19.4,这个百分比的设定对月折旧额有怎样的影响呢？

Depreciation percentage rate
Percentage rate for the calculation of depreciation.

The system uses this percentage rate along with the base value to determine the amount of depreciation to be calculated.

简单点说，就是19.4%被折旧掉。
