It is necessary to logon to your system to analyze directly, kindly pls
arrange a remote connection for us and provide the following information
1. Pls update the logon information according to note 508140.
2. Test data and Exact steps ( with exact menu path, t-code and data)to
reproduce the problem
( for example 1> run transaction... 2> enter value...
